And.  And.  Preemptive pardons haven’t been tested by SOCOTUS.  Plus some don’t think pardons apply to crimes against Congress.

Just an FYI  4200 of those came in his last week and were for crimes not yet even charged

Makes me feel slimey  just thinking about that.
