Those of us that are "mass gifted" ain't throwing stones!  You can call it empathy, support or laughing with if you will, but the last thing we are doing is pointing and giggling.  In case you hadn't noted on my avatar... I'm the big un  ;), and the last thing I heard out of the little one on the bottom was "uhhhhhhhh."
