A Prayer Is Needed

There was a time when those "80's Hair Bands" were popular. I met a man named Brett Michaels at the Elbo Room, in 1985, he was opening for Guns & Roses, and when everyone else was high and drunk he was 100% sober getting ready to perform. Said he "Preferred it that way",
Well he has had  a brain stem bleed this week. Also, (according to my nurse wife, a sub-arachnoid hemorrhage). At 47, he is currently in the ICU, and survivability is not good. He is diabetic, and recently had an appendectomy.

He sang for the band Poison, (yes a hair band), but "Every Rose Has It's Thorns", and I pray he recovers.

Working hard comes in all shapes an sizes, and even a rock star can deserve a prayer.
