I believe that Mr. Simpson has done us all a great favor in articulating the TRUE antigun agenda, what it is that occupies Sarah Brady's dreams and Chuck Schumer's waking fantasies. This is a working outline for the endgame, the place where all the "sensible gun laws" and "assault weapons bans" and the like ultimately end up.

What the heck do you think the last 20-30 years have all been about?

The "special" classes of citizens (14th Amendment out the window), the whole politically correct speech angle limiting what we are "allowed" to say about others (1st), no Christ in Christmas or Easter for that matter (1st again), the Keso decision (4th), events like the alleged Duke rape (many rights volated by a "rogue" prosecutor - who is still practicing law, BTW); the open border with Mexico, etc. et al. And, of source, the attacks on the ONE amendment that protects all of the other enumerated rights - the 2nd.

All of these efforts are INTENDED to destroy the US, to prevent it from being a dominant world power, while somehow maintaining its economic power to consume as a part of the New World Order. Think Rollerball - the original one, not the travesty of a remake.

There are days when I think the other side has actually won, only we just don't know we're dead yet.

This is why I won't vote for a RINO like Rudy, Romney or McCain.  At least if with the other guys you KNOW what's coming and can prepare for it.  With a RINO he'll keep you guessing with a good talking game until he stabs you in the back and there you'll be, caught unprepared.

If they try his plan, here's what will happen:

The FIRST day they do it, they might have some success.

The SECOND day they try it, they will be met by resistance. Hard and overwhelming resistance would be my hope.

On the THIRD day, they will reconsider the whole idea and decide they have more pressing items on the agenda, such as writing speeding tickets, running more internet child-porn stings, and figuring out how to get their snouts even deeper into the public troughs by raising their pay, pensions, etc.
