The Bren ten the late Col. Cooper helped design was a powerful handgun for its day. But the gun was based on early Cz designs and now Eaa makes the same type if gun. The hunter and elite models are badass and the mags work great, something the Bren ten failed at. 10mm' s really need more fans. As for price, be careful i have seen fake tens out here. :P

While I'm a Glock fan, the S&W 610, or 310 Night Guard may be a good way to get into 10mm. When you can't find 10mm ammo, you can use .40 S&W in the revolver.

"are 10mm glocks any good as a trailguns?"
It depends on which trail. Anywhere in the continental United States it's a good choice.
What are your options? .357 mag, .41 mag, .44 mag but weight and capacity make them less desireble than the m29. With that Glock you have 10 rounds in the gun and 15 rounds in a m20 magazine as a back-up. The ballistics tell a good tale with the 180 and 200 grain offerings. Total weight is less than a revolver and its size allows more carry options. There's really nothing not to like.

I really love my Glock G29+G20. The 10mm is a great round which is legal and effective to hunt with in NH. That being said I prefer the 10mm for sd. Other than cost of ammo, I can't believe its not that popular. There must be a lot of limp wristed shooters out there

Thanks for the input, its good to know people like the 10mm as much i do. I'm looking into the S&W nightgaurd 610 it has all the features I like in a gun. Its light powerful and its a S&W what more do I want. Also no limp wrist need apply.
