IOC At Work

Even though this is an international setting, I chose to put it here, because it is a way that the larger world will influence our culture and government.

The International Olympic Commitee (IOC) is making another move to alter and remove shooting sports from the Games.

Ya got to make room for breakdancing and synchro swimming.

They gotten so off track of their roots. Can you imagine David and Goliath, the fate of two nations at stake, squaring off in a break dance showdown?

Since I was close to the ‘96 event, as both a resident and a sponsor, I saw some of the close up nitty gritty politics. I’ll watch some of the events that interest me, on TV, but I’ll never spend money or time supporting it.
