Wilton.  I bought this one 7 years ago.  Love it. Must have gotten a 90% discount.  Miss Kitty is amused because there's another company named Wilton who sells cake decorating supplies and molds.

That's better than my vise. When I spin the head of mine around it doesn't lock into place. It only stops moving when I tighten it up.
