From what I have seen Kel Tec didn't have a patent on the p3at. I find it hard to believe they would be that stupid especially on a hot seller like the p3at. That being said I think ruger should give credit where it is due instead of claiming it as their design. I use to have more respect for ruger.

I'm afraid, before this election dust is all over, we, here, will all be like a herd of Cape Buffaloe, all facing outward,shoulder to shoulder, defending against a common enemy, with all we've got. Ready the big boy first, but keep the .380 too. If it goes BANG, its all good.
