For everyone with a complaint, there is someone with a compliment. Hi Point was mentioned a few times, but if they were junk, they wouldn't have been around as long as they have been.

Anything Kel-tec. They just suck. Cheap crap that fails to work or come apart at the wrong time. I have never heard of a keltec owner that has not sent it back for repair.

CJ is dead right, and Mausermans incorrect statement proves it.

How about Me, Haz, and ( IIRC ) Crusader Rabbit ? That's just for starters, there are probably a dozen others on here who are all perfectly satisfied with Kel Tec.

I wouldn't go that far, but I will say I got my money's worth and have no grounds to bitch. You get what you pay for and I'll probably never own another one, but they didn't lie, and they delivered what they promised. I'd give them a solid "C grade". Nothing wrong with that.

Never owned a Kel-Tec pistol, but I've never had any problems with my Kel-Tec rifle........very accurate. The sights could be better, but it is what it is, a cost-effective sub-compact rifle that you can fold up and carry nearly anywhere.
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

I glanced over the pages, but didn't dwell.  Like so many of these threads, and coffee shop gossip, it turns into a pissing match and one upsmanship in "my gun is worse than yours."  Or "why would you ever think of buying a piece like that?"

If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

Only issue I've ever seen with AR's was an Olympic that double fed, and that only happened with Wolf ammo.
The most reliable Semi Auto I've ever owned is the RIA I carry now, bottom of the barrel price wise, top of the line for accuracy and reliability.

Every gun is different, I've heard people complain about their T/C Contender jamming, so buy whatever you like the look and feel of and then take it from there.

I think Toms right. I had a 70s series on a para frame back in the day that was flawless for me. The guy I sold it to couldn't get it to feed and it stove piped on him etc. Bottom line is what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. Everyone has to work out his own salvation.  ;D
