Happy B-Day, Deepwater!!!!
"I expect perdition, I always have. I keep this building at my back, and several guns handy, in case perdition arrives in a form that's susceptible to bullets. I expect it will come in the disease form, though. I'm susceptible to diseases, and you can't shoot a damned disease." ~ Judge Roy Bean, Streets of Laredo

For the Patriots of this country, the Constitution is second only to the Bible for most. For those who love this country, but do not share my personal beliefs, it is their Bible. To them nothing comes before the Constitution of these United States of America. For this we are all labeled potential terrorists. ~ Dean Garrison

That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

"Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters."
— Daniel Webster

Have a good one, or I should actually say I hope it was a good one  :-[

When I read you were at sea I thought to myself "What is this idiot thinking?"  A cute little bride with a great personality at home, and friends with guns in Florida looking for a reason to party, and you are floating around with a bunch of guys  ???

Happy Birthday just the same!

Next trip to the States we'll plan some BBQ ribs, brisket and other dead animals if you can venture north.

Looks like I'm a day late yet again.  Blame it on the tipple.  Hope this starts another re3ally great year for you.

If the saying is a day late and a dollar short - holy crap, I am 2 days late!! Does that mean $2 short, or is it somehow compounded, I'm a little confused on this point.

Happy Belated Birthday shipborne one.

At least I have a much better excuse than "tipple". I was at a Desiring God pastor's conference Monday to Wednesday, and pretty much have just collapsed to recover over the past 2 days. That is better, right? ? ? ?
