I'm eating a milk chocolate bar loaded with roasted and salted cashews. Not bad. It's German milk chocolate and tastes a lot better than Swiss milk chocolate that's mostly sugar, fat and milk. The ingredient list starts out sugar, cashews, cocoa butter and chocolate liquor, before you get to the milk. Ritter Fine Milk Chocolate bars have a minimum of 35% cocoa solids. Some Swiss chocolate has almost that much cocoa, but some doesn't have half that much.

In most of the world people think Hershey milk chocolate bars taste bad, and they're right. They're made with sour milk or condensed milk and taste different from any other chocolate in the world. And not "good" different. If Hershey's is all you eat, you don't know what you're missing, GOOD chocolate.

I'm eating Bibigo Pork & Vegetable mini wontons. I boiled half a 24 ounce bag full, and while the water was heating up I looked in the fridge to see if I had any kind of sauce to put on them. I don't have any soy sauce or leftover duck sauce or anything like that. I had 2 packets of Arby's sauce and that was a start. I added hot & spicy mustard, left over juice from mustard pickled eggs I bought last summer, and chipotle ketchup. I added more pickled egg juice and more ketchup but it was too sour, so I added a packet of Truvia sweetener. You may be wondering if I actually ate that sauce. Yes, I'm eating it on the wontons right now and it's not bad, but it's a bit spicier than I wanted. The chipotle ketchup is hot. The pickled egg juice is sweet and sour. Everything kind of works together, but I'd rather have some good tamari, or just plain soy sauce. The wontons are better with just a little of this sauce on them instead of being drenched with it. I'll save the little bit left in the bowl for when I cook the other half a bag of wontons. I'm tempted to eat them all now, but I'll probably snack on something else instead. The mustard egg juice tastes good enough to take a swig of every now and then.

I wasn't satisfied with snacks and ate the rest of those wontons. There was just enough sauce left in the bowl to give them a hint of extra flavor.

And I made a 1/2 gallon Margarita so I can spend less time mixing and more time drinking. I have a 1/2 gallon bottle that had iced tea in it last week. I poured in a glassful of Cuervo gold, a glassful of cilantro lime jalapeno margarita mixer and 2 glasses of regular lime margarita mixer in the bottle. I shook it up, added a bottle of Cayman Jack fake margarita malt beverage, and shook it up again. I'm on my 3rd glass, so it's safe to say I like it.  :)

I was working on one of my guns since I got up and didn't stop to eat. My head is killing me as it does when I skip too many meals. Low blood sugar I guess. And I tend to get dehydrated when I'm not eating, which is a definite headache trigger. I had a 50 ml bottle each of 60 proof Caramel Turtle whiskey, Chocolate whiskey and Peanut Butter Chocolate whiskey. I drank most of each bottle while waiting for a pot of water to boil. Then I mixed the last of all 3 flavor whiskeys and had a shot that I thought tasted better than any of them alone.

The water finally started boiling and I put 10 Mandu Bulgogi Chicken Dumplings in for 7 minutes. I didn't have a clean slotted spoon to scoop them out, but I have an OXO Good Grips Grater, like the one in the pic except it has the famous OXO rubber grip. Hey, it has holes in it , so what the heck? As soon as I eat these 10 dumplings I'm boiling the water again to cook 9 more. Time to eat breakfast more than half a day too late, then maybe get ready for bed after I take the trash and recycling out to the curb.

I heated up the 10 stale mini Moon Pies I had left in the toaster oven and ate half of them. They're a lot better than the first 2 I had.

In the last couple of days I had 2 bags of mini wontons and 2 bags of chicken dumplings. Yesterday I started reusing the same water to cook them in and added more water to fill the pot over halfway. After I had half a bag of wontons yesterday, I cooked half a bag of dumplings without adding more water. Tonight/this morning I cooked the last half bag of dumplings without adding any more water. Then I cooked the last half bag of wontons in the little bit of water that was left and just ate a bowl of wonton soup, instead of plain wontons. The water already looked like soup yesterday and just kept getting thicker. It had lots of extra flavor and was much closer to gravy than broth. After 8 servings of that stuff I'll have to come up with something else for my next meal. I have 4 boxes of some kind of dumplings in the freezer, 2 different flavors, that need to be steamed but I have no interest in eating them.

Actually typing this from Chik-Fil-A, where I'm having a sausage breakfast bowl and berry-yogurt parfait. And the all important COFFEE...

One of my few indulgences, a hot breakfast  before I hit the ground running on the midweek Mail, Supplies & Other Crap run. Simple food, made pretty well, by people who actually ACT LIKE THEY *WANT* MY BUSINESS...
