Good man. We can still be friends.
I just spent a whole hour eating a salad. I finished off however many Roma tomatoes I had left from my friends garden, mixed with romaine lettuce, covered with 2 dozen slices of Italian dry salame cut in quarters, half a bag of broken Habanero Tostitos for more crunch, and an unknown amount of smoked cheddar cheese. The salame completely covered the lettuce and tomatoes. The Tostitos covered that, and the cheese covered them. I didn't plan on making a layered salad but there wasnt room left to stir it, and I just starting digging straight down in the middle. I was worried about running out of salad dressing, but ended up not using any at all. It was so flavorful it didn't need salad dressing, and that would have ruined it. I put the fork in the picture to give an idea how big it was. It's a 2 quart - 2 liter Pyrex casserole dish, so I had a 2 quart salad for lunch.
I washed it down with Black Cherry Vernors Ginger Soda, and will have some pumpkin pie ice cream later when I have room for it.
