I had lasagna and before that I finished a bag of Werther's Original Harvest Spice Pumpkin Spice soft caramels. They were a lot better than the plain caramels IMO. It tasted like I was eating pumpkin pie with no crust. Time to finish the lasagna.

Sweet corn bake. It's like a sweet corn souffle, if you've ever had that. I've been having problems with my toaster oven the last week or so. Sometimes it works right, and other times it beeps and has an E for error. When it does that, it doesn't show the temperature or timer, and it doesn't shut off. I have to unplug it to shut it down before it incinerates my food. Well, I had to bake this 4 times today because of that, and I have no idea how long it baked altogether. It looks done and I scooped a piece the size of my fist right out of the middle. I figured if anything was under-cooked it would be there in the middle. It seems to be done and is very moist. It might be a little underdone but I don't care. I'm eating another plateful.
