Six potato pancakes (12 oz.), with Ja' Makin Bacon Marmalade. I don't have applesauce, sour cream, or any other recommended potato pancake toppings, but I have bacon jam and it's amazing. This particular flavor has been discontinued, but they have savory and hot flavors. The habanero in this made my tongue tingle, nose run, and eyes water just a little bit. That's how you know it's good. ;)  I think Jamaican cooking uses a lot of Scotch Bonnet peppers, which from my understanding are about the same thing as Habanero peppers, but a different level of heat. I should look that up.

The potato pancakes weren't completely thawed, so I fried them on both sides, then heated them the rest of the way through in the toaster oven at 140 degrees for 5 minutes. They turned out good.

Breakfast was 6 cheese blintzes sprinkled with The Drunken Butcher's Sweet Cheeks seasoning blend, each one topped with a cocktail cherry, then covered with syrup from the cocktail cherries which has cherry and elderberry juice concentrates.

Now I'm getting ready to open a bag of Donkey Chips tortilla chips, and a bowl of Mexicali Sour Cream & Cheese Dip for lunch. I don't think I ever had this dip before, so I don't know if it's any good or not.

I don't think I've had anything since breakfast. That was 6 Taco Logs. They look like egg rolls but are filled with beef taco meat, a blend of shredded Colby Jack and Cheddar cheese, black beans and salsa. I have a box of Pizza Logs, and a box of Buffalo Chicken Logs in the freezer, along with the box and a half of Taco Logs. It's the only one I bought 2 of, since I have real pizza and chicken in the freezer. I need to eat something soon.

Last evening's supper at church (cooked for a hundred) was today's lunch:
Hamburger steak smothered in onion gravy (brown) with mashed taters and sweet peas and a roll.

That sounds good, PegLeg. Sweet and simple. I'm gnawing away at a couple of cold pizza logs. I might have popcorn or pork rinds for a snack later.

Lunch on the go today while delivering cookie cakes and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day.
I had a two-piece dark fried chicken plate with creamed corn and peas and cornbread.
Supper was a bowl of cocoa pebbles with protein 'milk' and a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter on it.

I think I let a Panda Express coupon expire yesterday. I had another coupon to get a bigger plate (3 entrees) for the price of a plate (2) that expires in 2 days. I used it and got fried rice 3 different kinds of chicken, Honey Sesame, String Bean, and Black Pepper. I had 2 egg rolls and 6 cream cheese rangoon. I was hungry since I didn't eat anything before I went outside for hours to plow snow. I have 6 apple pie rolls setting here for dessert when I have room  for another bite.

I had 13 potato & cheese pierogies topped with bacon bits and an absolutely ridiculous amount of sour cream. Close to 12 ounces of sour cream on 14 ounces of pierogi. ;D  You should see how much I put on baked potatoes. That's why I very rarely eat them at a restaurant. I need more than a spoonful of sour cream and when I ask for extra, I don't want to tell them that wasn't enough extra. The bacon bits were half a bag of bacon jerky I diced up yesterday and left on the counter overnight. That dried them up and gave them a better bacon bit texture. Too bad the first bag of bacon jerky I grabbed was Old-Fashioned Maple Bacon. It was too sweet for this. Applewood Smoke or Breakfast Style would have been better, and were right behind this bag, along with Smoked BBQ and Sriracha flavors.

I threw the last dozen or so Dijon Mustard pretzel twists in the sour cream carton, scraped the remaining sour cream on my plate into it, and stirred it up. That will be a quick snack when I'm done on the forum, then I'll cook something.

When I opened the fridge I saw a tub of Pimento Cheese Spread with Jalapenos setting there, so I ate half of it with Donkey Chips. The chips have 4 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: Corn, Water, Corn Oil, Trace of Lime, Salt. The unsalted chips have 3 SIMPLE INGREDIENTS: Corn, Water, Corn Oil, Trace of Lime. Simple is good.

Paczki with dark roast coffee from Germany. I stopped at ALDI just for this, except I was looking for decaf. The choice was between medium and dark roast, and I'm not afraid of the dark. Good thing too, because this is really dark. They appear to have quit selling decaf in 500 gram bricks. They had K-cups or pods but not bags.
