Six potato pancakes (12 oz.), with Ja' Makin Bacon Marmalade. I don't have applesauce, sour cream, or any other recommended potato pancake toppings, but I have bacon jam and it's amazing. This particular flavor has been discontinued, but they have savory and hot flavors. The habanero in this made my tongue tingle, nose run, and eyes water just a little bit. That's how you know it's good. ;)  I think Jamaican cooking uses a lot of Scotch Bonnet peppers, which from my understanding are about the same thing as Habanero peppers, but a different level of heat. I should look that up.

The potato pancakes weren't completely thawed, so I fried them on both sides, then heated them the rest of the way through in the toaster oven at 140 degrees for 5 minutes. They turned out good.

Breakfast was 6 cheese blintzes sprinkled with The Drunken Butcher's Sweet Cheeks seasoning blend, each one topped with a cocktail cherry, then covered with syrup from the cocktail cherries which has cherry and elderberry juice concentrates.

Now I'm getting ready to open a bag of Donkey Chips tortilla chips, and a bowl of Mexicali Sour Cream & Cheese Dip for lunch. I don't think I ever had this dip before, so I don't know if it's any good or not.

I don't think I've had anything since breakfast. That was 6 Taco Logs. They look like egg rolls but are filled with beef taco meat, a blend of shredded Colby Jack and Cheddar cheese, black beans and salsa. I have a box of Pizza Logs, and a box of Buffalo Chicken Logs in the freezer, along with the box and a half of Taco Logs. It's the only one I bought 2 of, since I have real pizza and chicken in the freezer. I need to eat something soon.
