Six potato pancakes (12 oz.), with Ja' Makin Bacon Marmalade. I don't have applesauce, sour cream, or any other recommended potato pancake toppings, but I have bacon jam and it's amazing. This particular flavor has been discontinued, but they have savory and hot flavors. The habanero in this made my tongue tingle, nose run, and eyes water just a little bit. That's how you know it's good.

I think Jamaican cooking uses a lot of Scotch Bonnet peppers, which from my understanding are about the same thing as Habanero peppers, but a different level of heat. I should look that up.
The potato pancakes weren't completely thawed, so I fried them on both sides, then heated them the rest of the way through in the toaster oven at 140 degrees for 5 minutes. They turned out good.
