Last night I had 3 beef empanadas, with M&M's for dessert.

I just put some Jalapeño Bacon Crispy Poppers in the toaster oven for breakfast. I may throw a pizza in after that.

Asiago Arancini. Parmesan risotto rice stuffed with asiago cheese and coated in a crispy panko crumb. I dipped them in basil pasta sauce until I ran out and ate the last 2 plain. They were crispy, cheesy, and good.

I'm eating Mac & Cheese Bites made with fontina, mozzarella, and provolone cheeses, topped with a bit of Bacon Jam. Mm,mm, good. With it I'm drinking the last of my rum mixed with a can of Dr. Pepper Blackberry soda and a can of Orange Cream Coke zero sugar. It's better than it probably sounds, but could use a little more alcohol.

I microwaved a bunch of Arby's curly fries. While they were in the toaster oven, I heated up the can of chili shown in the post about camping stoves and microwaves. This is some bad tasting chili. Not spoiled rotten, but bad. I've had Wolf brand chili before and it was good, but this is really bad. So was the other can I bought the same day. I added 3 kinds of hot sauce and a spoonful of chili powder so it doesn't taste as bad, then covered the plate full of fries with it. Too bad I didn't have any cheese to make chili cheese fries.

I ate the last of my curly fries with some Texas Ranch seasoning added, and dipped them in jalapeno ketchup. Now I'm ready to toss some chicken chunks in the microwave. I don't know if I'm going to have BBQ sauce or hot sauce on them.

I put bacon jam on my chicken and it was good. A little sweet. A little heat. A little bacon makes everything better.
