I have a 6" GrovTec Rail Wrap on my 20" AR, but haven't shot it yet. They come in 4 colors if MultiCam Black is available. If not, there's Black, Coyote, and plain old MultiCam. I took the rubber logo thatwas sewn on mine off. I didn't like the way the small bump felt under my fingertip.

I think I saw something insulated that should be better, but I don't know where. If you search for insulated rifle wrap or something like that maybe it will come up.
