Hunter gets  a pardon.   Honestly  did any one not see this coming?

There is a reason he took the path he did, and daddy just reinforced it.

I read something today that says this pardon is not only for things he was convicted of, it also covers things he has done but not caught at yet. Has anyone else heard this? Just want to be sure before I have a stroke.

There is some debate if that even legal.

Statute of limitations probably covers most of it any way.

Presidential pardon only covers Federal crimes.  I’d imagine some DAs might be looking as to whether Hunter might be subject to state prosecution.

Current comments from people in the inner circle, not just speculation and assumptions, are that he is getting ready to issue blanket pardons for many in his administration or have been friendly to his administration for any prosecution they may face. Not for specific charges they have against them or are being investigated for, just pardons for anything that may be found from their past or for a given time frame to be named.

Pres. Biden broke into the Monopoly game, stole all the get out of jail free cards, and is passing them out like candy on Halloween.

Some of the Presidential pardon actions haven't been tested in the SOCTUS.  Specifically pardon's for un-named, un-charged allegations, "Blanket Pardons".

The first question would be who has "standing" to bring a suit.  And then who's willing, because you never know when you might be the one relying on a blanket pardon.

I came across a news story yesterday that Biden has classified the unused components for the border wall surplus, and it has been listed on the government auctions for sale.

This guy is going full Sadam Hussein Scorched Earth on his exit. Sabotaging the system through Executive Order, pardon and clemency, and deals with outside organizations and governments. This past week he granted clemency and early release to a woman who embezzled $50 million from a Chicago suburb, and to a man who took over $600 million from investors who trusted him to manage their accounts.
