IWA 2009 Nuenrberg/ Germany

Is anybody planing to come to the IWA this year? For those who don't know what it is: it's the biggest firearms and outdoor show in Europe where the industry meets once a year. http://www.iwa.info/de/
Ultima Ratio and me will be there. Would be nice to have a beer or two with one of you guys, if anybody from this forum is planing to come.

No IWA for me.

This is the European version of SHOT Show and I have been there 3 times before, latest trip was in 2003.

Remembering the time I spent in Germany brings a tear to my eye......I learned to drink bier there.  Bier is something the Germans do VERY right.

Was stationed in Wurzburg, then home of the 3rd Inf Div., who led the charge at the start of the Iraq war...along with a few Marines =))))

Take care and have a few for me....

Damn, Pepper...now that is a 1/2 liter German Beer, right?   do they still come in the Flip Top Bottles?

Rojawe - got there in Nov 65 so the supply was depleted when you arrived....didn't leave till Jun of 68, so I cleaned up what little you left behind.

Anyone remember the G.I. In Germany LP?

Take care

I head over in about 10 days..... Classes in Slovakia and Italy and then I'll be at IWA.

Any DRTV'ers are welcome to email me some contact info and maybe we can get together at one or two pubs in the Alt Stadt.
