Thanks guys. No 10-22 barrel but I did layaway a nice used 617 6 inch S&W. I have got to stay out of that pawn shop or I will never get my 10-22 barrel. But I have wanted a double action .22 revolver for a while and I got a good price. I will post pictures and a range report when I bring it home.

Happy 35! Such a tender young age...
I was reminded about that last night as I was driving home from Maryland from a gig at 3 in the morning. I can still do the drive. The only trouble is, when I stop I can get out of the truck but then I can't walk anywhere for about 10 minutes till the blood starts circulating again. Enjoy the birthday and the revolver.
