I have 2 37mm flareguns, a pistol and an M203 look alike. If you use ANY ammo besides flares and smoke bombs that changes it from a non-gun to a destructive device. Too bad we can't use bean bags and such. I saw a picture of someone who had a 25mm or 26.5mm flaregun with 8" or so of 12 gauge barrel fitted into it, and he carried it in a hip holster. Probably some dictator.
For a single shot it would be an awesome SD pistol.
